Love this piece, Schwager! The armor on the Witch King is excellent, as is the corpse-strewn ground, with that sneaky little Hobbit creeping up -- brilliant! I particularly love the the color shift in the sky from left to right. Great work.

this is definitely one of the lotr scenes that is most depicted in artwork, but your version really stands out as different (at least to me). It seems that the majority of "Eowyn and the Nazgul" pieces show the scene from behind Eowyn, and the fact that you've basically switched the viewpoint makes yours unique and even gives it a different mood. Even though we know she succeeds, we can see her facial expression and she looks a little nervous!
